Responsibilities
Define and own the US partnerships and brand ambassador strategy as a core driver of awareness, credibility, and revenue
Negotiate, structure, and manage large-scale partnerships with a strong commercial and brand lens
Identify, secure, and activate high-impact brand partnerships across creators, ambassadors, affiliates, retailers, platforms, and aligned wellness brands
Track performance, ROI, and long-term value of partnerships and ambassadors, continuously optimizing the model
Build and scale the US subscription and CRM ecosystem to drive retention, LTV, and predictable growth
Optimize lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and loyalty, with a strong test-and-learn mindset
Partner with e-commerce and analytics teams to improve customer experience and repeat purchase behavior
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing US marketing team across growth, brand, and channel execution
Set clear priorities, high standards, and a culture of accountability and ownership
Act as a trusted #2 to the Head of Marketing, stepping in to lead initiatives and decisions as needed
Translate strategy into action across key channels including paid media, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand campaigns
Analyze performance and optimize marketing investment using data-driven insights and testing frameworks
Partner closely with the Head of Amazon to align brand, performance, and marketplace growth strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, product, operations, and global teams to unlock scalable growth
Ensure US initiatives are aligned with global brand strategy while tailored for local impact
Qualification
Required
8-12+ years of experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, or brand-led consumer businesses
Hands-on experience scaling subscription models and lifecycle marketing in the US market
Led and developed teams, balancing high standards with strong empathy and clarity
Commercially sharp, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
Think strategically but are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute
Thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where ownership matters
Communicate clearly, influence confidently, and collaborate naturally
Experience in wellness, supplements, beauty, or consumer health (or adjacent categories)
