Responsibilities
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years' experience in general maintenance or carpentry
Dry walling experience including painting
Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
Have good verbal and written communication
Problem solving skills
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
