Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and refine Power BI dashboards that support marketing and sales insights
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Analyze performance data to guide strategic decisions and improve ROI
Assist with budget forecasting, allocation, and tracking
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to accelerate growth
Present findings and recommendations directly to leadership
Aid in content creation for social media and ad campaigns
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Foundational experience with Power BI
Familiarity with managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Strong Excel and general data analysis skills
Understanding of digital advertising metrics and budgets
Knowledge of the bath remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus
Experience with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
