Responsibilities
Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting appreciation for reading
Evaluating student performance data to refine instructional methods and generate actionable insights
Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI-driven literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student behaviors within these systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY
