Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and roadmaps
Perform cost/benefit analyses, estimation, and financial tracking
Provide daily status updates to leadership and cross-functional partners
Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, development teams, and product partners across multiple value streams
Manage project scope, risks, issues, and create mitigation and action plans
Communicate technical details of initiatives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build strong working relationships across business units and external vendors
Ensure deliverables remain on track by holding teams accountable in a professional, collaborative manner
Qualification
Required
6+ years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience working in hybrid Agile + Waterfall environments
Strong written/verbal communication and business presentation skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage large scopes with many moving parts across multiple projects
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination
Ability to create detailed project schedules
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Experience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
Preferred
Disney experience is a plus
Background across multiple companies (not just one long tenure)
