Responsibilities
Develop dashboards, rollup reporting and data visualizations in Looker Studio and Power BI based off documented measurement strategies from the digital product analytics team. Meet with stakeholders to review, iterate and solve stakeholder requirements. (25%)
Implement cookie consent rules and consent banners in OneTrust and use ObservePoint to run regular audits. Work with privacy, legal and analytics teams to implement the overall cookie consent strategy for ACS. (25%)
Serve as a subject matter expert and co-owner of product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA 4) . Build custom reports, custom dimensions, filters and more in Google Analytics 4. Partner with the digital analytics implementation team to ensure all required custom events are built. (25%)
Build and maintain our Google Analytics data infrastructure in Snowflake and BigQuery. Ensure data is populating correctly in Snowflake for use in Power BI. (15%)
Support the efforts of the Insights Specialist to democratize data and insights by training cross-functional teams across product, UX, and marketing on digital data tools and dashboards to enable self-service access to data and analytics. Assist in generating insights by working with the Product and UX teams to provide data from GA 4 and Quantum Metric to inform product decisions. (10%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of digital analytics experience in a related role in an in-house or agency environment
Proven experience building digital analytics dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and Power BI or similar data visualization tool
In-depth experience (2+ years) with cookie consent tools like OneTrust
Proven experience using SQL
High proficiency with digital, product and web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA 4), Matomo and OneTrust
Preferred
Google Analytics and other digital analytics certifications
Previous experience with A/B testing is a plus
