Founding Account Executive – US

They are seeking a Founding US Account Executive to shape their sales strategy and build relationships with engineering leaders, contributing to the company's growth in the B2B SaaS market.

Responsibilities
Be a hunter, source, qualify, and close high-impact opportunities
Build and nurture a strong pipeline through outbound motion, smart prospecting, and your network
Engage and win over B2B customers through compelling virtual and in-person demos and presentations
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets, helping expand Hivel’s US footprint
Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure successful POCs and customer outcomes
Collaborate with marketing on content, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US mid-market and enterprise customers
A proven track record of quota-crushing performance, especially selling to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or technical buyers
Fast learner who thrives in new categories and evolving markets
High-energy, empathetic, and a clear, confident communicator
Independent, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Preferred
Experience at an early-stage startup or on a newly formed sales team
Background as a founder or first sales hire
Familiarity with developer tools, analytics platforms, or engineering productivity products
