Responsibilities
Design engineered packaging solutions using AutoCAD that align with manufacturing capabilities, quality standards, and customer requirements
Support RFQs, quoting, and customer programs, providing technical insight and cost-effective solutions
Lead and support PPAP activities, including design records, PFMEAs, control plans, and dimensional documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Customers
Drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Solve real-world manufacturing and quality challenges using structured problem-solving methods
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of relevant engineering experience (manufacturing or packaging preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of PPAP, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
