Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client contact, clearly communicating compliance processes and requirements
Manage key activities, including coordinating payroll documentation collection from subcontractors to ensure successful audits
Utilize our AI-driven platform to track compliance documentation, monitor client progress, and generate accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders
Identify potential compliance risks proactively and collaborate with our internal team to address them effectively
Provide thoughtful feedback to enhance platform functionality and user experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in detail-oriented, client-facing roles
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
An adaptable learner comfortable quickly mastering new software tools
Highly dependable and capable of independently managing multiple projects
Preferred
Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act (prevailing wage)
Understanding of labor compliance processes, construction, and other physical industries
