Responsibilities
Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed
Prepares and serves pre-made beverages and snacks while maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and a positive customer experience. Ensures all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs
Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
