Responsibilities
Assist with client inquiries, reports, requests, and campaign optimization initiatives under the guidance of a Client Relations Manager
Participate in client meetings to observe, learn, and gradually contribute as readiness increases
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaign changes, workflows, and client requirements
Ensure attention to detail and quality control across all client-facing deliverables
Effectively partner with Development and Operations teams to resolve technical concerns
Manage campaign compliance requirements, client guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards
Develop a strong understanding of the lead generation and performance marketing industry
Progress toward managing client accounts independently
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in Sales, Administrative, or related roles
Energetic, proactive, and persistent, with a strong drive to succeed
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented collaborator who can also work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working on Mac systems
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and apply marketing principles
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, not required
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
