Responsibilities
Write high‑level functional requirement documents and conduct comprehensive business requirements analysis
Perform gap analysis and develop detailed functional requirements for development projects
Execute full SDLC tasks including gathering requirements and producing functional/technical specifications
Develop functional design documents and collaborate with stakeholders for review and approval
Create user stories and task breakdowns for agile development initiatives
Develop prototypes and mockups for user review and approval
Produce flowcharts, screen layouts, and documentation ensuring logical and functional workflow alignment
Support large agile project teams with requirements clarity and documentation
Develop test reports with metrics and coordinate with business users
Assist with solution assessments, hosting documentation, and firewall rule submissions
Support design and documentation activities involving enterprise technology standards
Draft change board documentation and create training content and user manuals
Design and execute test plans for applications or subsystems
Create or gather test data and perform approved testing to validate system logic and results accuracy
Assist with UAT testing, test cases, and post‑implementation testing
Distinguish between defects and new requirements, documenting findings appropriately
Provide detailed defect tracking entries and assist with implementation of changes
Maintain and update system documentation after upgrades
Monitor applications during peak usage periods
Assist end users with issue resolution through calls, discussions, and testing
Qualification
Required
8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems
8+ years of experience developing functional requirements for development projects
8+ years of experience developing and executing test plans and test cases
Over 5 years of experience implementing agile development processes including test‑driven development
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirements/test case tracking tools
Experience working with HIPAA‑regulated data
8+ years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation
8+ years of developing training plans and instructional materials
Strong ability to work within SDLC frameworks and agile methodologies
