Execute or fine-tune design assets for campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms
Support senior creatives on brand, product, or content design deliverables
Participate in internal reviews and actively seek feedback to hone craft
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient in typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity design across digital and print media
Technical expert. Pollinate works primarily in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Collaborative. As a freelancer, you partner closely with the creative team to produce cohesive design solutions
Organized

5+ years of experience in a design role, agency, or in-house
Portfolio showing expertise in paid and owned media
