Responsibilities

Supporting business analysis activities on the Salesforce.com platform by capturing, analyzing, and documenting customer-facing business processes
Attending stakeholder meetings to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
Creating user stories in Jira and/or SieOps Cases to support development and process improvement efforts
Developing process documentation, including flow diagrams and technical documentation, using tools such as Visio and SharePoint
Collaborating with business subject matter experts to document workflows and support agile project activities

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Development, or a related field
Candidates must be enrolled with the North Carolina State University co-op program and cannot graduate prior to December 2026
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, with an understanding of process mapping concepts
Basic technical understanding of relational databases, programming or coding concepts, and agile development frameworks
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site during the Summer and Fall 2026 semesters
Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Wendell, NC, as this role does not provide relocation support
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

Exposure to business analysis activities, including capturing requirements, documenting user stories, and mapping business processes
Experience or familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Visio, SharePoint, Wiki platforms, or similar collaboration and documentation tools
Understanding of process mapping concepts and workflow documentation
Basic technical understanding of relational databases, programming or coding concepts, and agile development frameworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn new tools and business analysis practices
