Responsibilities
Lead and manage overseas beverage R&D teams, overseeing product development timelines, ingredient and material iteration, and market-specific localization
Integrate cross-functional and cross-regional resources, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive projects to execution in dynamic and uncertain environments
Monitor global and regional industry trends, including beverage innovations, emerging ingredients, and related equipment, to deliver products with strong brand differentiation
Lead localization and upgrading of beverage products based on consumer insights, dietary cultures, and regulatory requirements across different overseas markets
Conduct in-depth research on development elements, including raw material sourcing, ingredient exploration, and competitive benchmarking, and develop product proposals aligned with overall company strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for HEYTEA, with solid understanding of the brand and its products
Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages; additional language capabilities are a plus
Extensive overseas work or project experience, with strong familiarity with international beverage trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory environments
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse, international teams
Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities, able to maintain sound judgment in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
High enthusiasm for beverage and food innovation, combining creativity with strong execution skills
