Responsibilities
Developing, refining our global auto risk management strategy including direction of solution offerings, pricing strategy, and market positioning
Keeping up with commercial auto risk management markets and technologies, insuring we continue to provide industry leading value
Idealizing, designing and refining solutions that address current and anticipated client challenges
Collaborating with teams to bring these solutions to life and ensure they deliver market leading value
Supporting sales and marketing efforts to grow our client base and expand our market share
Qualification
Required
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
Preferred
Strong problem-solving mindset
Analytical capabilities to turn complex data into actionable insights
Ability to manage large, complex programs from concept to execution
Strong communications skills (verbal and written) to inspire and gain strategic alignment across a broad range of internal and external constituents
A deep understanding of markets and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
