Responsibilities
Assist with selling and servicing a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance
Build strong customer relationships
Address inquiries and handle claims
Ensure customers have the coverage they need
Secure new clients and provide support to existing clients with a strong emphasis on quality customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, including identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions
Knowledge of Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and Health Insurance products and policies
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build trust
Licensing in property, casualty, life, and/or health insurance (preferred or required depending on state regulations)
Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in office software and technology; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Prior experience in insurance or customer relationship roles is a strong advantage
