Responsibilities
Lead and execute systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to support mission-critical GEOINT delivery
Maintain a total systems perspective, ensuring alignment and interoperability across services, infrastructure, security, and operational domains
Plan and oversee integration approaches for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid systems and services
Lead and support testing, documentation, implementation, and sustainment of integrated solutions
Oversee the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
Identify and manage system dependencies, interfaces, risks, and technical constraints
Guide and mentor senior-, mid-, and junior-level systems integrators, ensuring technical rigor and best practices
Support Government integration strategies and enterprise-level decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or: 4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree
18+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry integrating large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments
Hands-on experience integrating systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures
Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
Prior IC and/or DoD program or project experience
TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
Experience supporting enterprise-scale integration efforts within GEOINT or IC mission environments
