Required

Proven expertise in Loan Origination, including familiarity with FHA, VA, and conventional loan products
Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Previous experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role
Proficiency with mortgage technology platforms and digital tools
Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Relevant licensing (such as NMLS certification) is required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
