Responsibilities
Manage the Trading Data Analytics team
Dream-up solutions to buy-side trader challenges
Build solutions to see real-life results
Work closely with IT members including developers, business analysts, and QA engineers
Design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions

Qualification
Required
Must have management experience leading a team of 7+ resources (current makeup is 4FTE's and 6 consultants in an on shore offshore model)
Must have familiarity with investment management concepts, ideally trading, TCA, and OMS. This person will be a partner with the trading research team
10+ years' experience in technology delivery experience in trading or portfolio management. Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS), Trade Cost Analysis (TCA) practices, and Trading Analytics across all Asset Classes
Must have a technical background with Java or Python or Data Engineering
A passion for data and data-driven solutions
Preferred
CFA or progression towards a CFA is a nice to have
