Qualification
Required
Property and Casualty licensed
Resign in a state we currently onboard in (IA, IL, IN, MN, MO, OH, TN or WI)
Strong sales, client relationship management, and customer service skills
Understanding of insurance products, financial services, and regulatory compliance
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent business planning and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, remotely, and efficiently manage time and resources
Proficiency in leveraging technology for business development and client management
Preferred
Life and Health licensed
Experience in insurance sales or related fields is highly beneficial
