Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple ServiceNow development teams
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement
Guide teams in leveraging the ServiceNow Agile module for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
Partner with Business Engagement Lead to prioritize features across ITSM, GRC, SPM, HAMPro, Employee Center, and CSM modules
Ensure alignment of development efforts with business objectives and compliance requirements
Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve team velocity and throughput
Drive automation and efficiency in workflows, testing, and release management
Promote best practices for documentation, testing, and deployment in a regulated environment
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams
Provide transparent reporting on sprint progress, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate cross-program coordination to ensure seamless delivery across modules
Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory and organizational quality standards
Support audit readiness and compliance documentation for ServiceNow implementations
Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in ServiceNow development environments
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Agile module
Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, GRC, SPM, HAMPro, Employee Center, CSM
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, pharma) with strict compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional teams
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/GRC/SPM/CSM)
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow
Knowledge of ITIL processes and governance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
