Finance and Procurement Lead
Pacific Standard Environmental (PSE) is a company that provides custom-engineered emissions monitoring solutions for industrial clients. They are seeking a hands-on Finance & Procurement Lead to manage core finance operations, oversee billing and collections, and support procurement workflows in a growing service-based business.

Responsibilities
Prepare and send accurate customer invoices with supporting documentation
Manage collections, AR aging, and customer statements
Apply payments (ACH, check, wire, credit card) and support cash visibility
Prepare deposits and maintain clean customer accounts
Handle new customer and job setup, including paperwork, billing terms, and documentation
Maintain COIs and compliance documentation as required
Help standardize purchasing processes and vendor workflows
Serve as backup support for purchasing and vendor coordination when needed
Research parts and alternatives to support field and operations teams
Oversee payroll inputs and approvals in coordination with the bookkeeper/payroll provider
Process employee reimbursements
Maintain finance SOPs, checklists, and basic controls
Support clean month-end close and simple leadership reporting
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in finance or accounting operations (billing, AR, cash application)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar)
Professional communication skills
Willing and able to work 100% onsite in Santa Ana, CA
Preferred
Exposure to procurement or purchasing workflows
Experience in a service-based or industrial business
Payroll or reimbursement administration experience
