Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the referral program, including partner engagement, onboarding, tracking and reporting, and performance optimization, with full ownership over program outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain program strategies, workflows, and best practices for referral volume, conversion rates, and enhance partner satisfaction
Serve as the primary liaison between the referral and internal teams including attorneys, pre-litigation and operations to ensure alignment and program success
Monitor program performance and key metrics, and actionable insights for leadership
Develop and deliver training resources to staff to support consistent referral handling and relationship management, including onboarding and ongoing coaching for referral team members
Supervise and support referral department personnel, set performance expectations, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Support the firm’s business development strategy by cultivating strong relationships with external partners and evaluating partnership opportunities, including identifying high-value referral sources and advising leadership on growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a professional service, legal or client-focused environment
Proven experience managing relationship driven initiatives, client pipelines, or referral programs
Strong understanding of program management methodologies and program management tools
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
