Executive Administrative Assistant (contract)
Microsoft is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support at the intersection of human resources and engineering operations. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and serving as a liaison between HR leadership and engineering teams while ensuring seamless operations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, accounting for 60-70% of daily activities
Serve as primary liaison between HR leadership, engineering client teams, and executive administrative support groups
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-through on action items
Partner with leadership on various projects and strategic initiatives
Handle diverse administrative tasks and special assignments as they arise
Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them independently
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications
Support team operations by coordinating resources and communications across departments
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of executive-level calendar management experience
Prior experience supporting VP or GM-level executives required
Minimum 12-18 months of availability for assignment duration
Advanced executive calendar management and scheduling coordination
Strong communication skills for interacting with VP and GM-level executives
Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with high-level stakeholders
Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in decision-making
Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities
Preferred
Previous experience in technology or engineering environments
Background supporting Microsoft executives is highly desirable but not required
