1+ years expD.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is currently looking for a Closing Document Review Specialist. The right candidate will be responsible for auditing mortgage loans and reviewing closing documents for accuracy and execution.

Responsibilities
Audit closing package to confirm all closing documents are present signed and dated properly
Follow up with applicable parties on any incorrect or missing documents
Communicate with branch and other departments on status of follow up
Cure all investor and insuring suspense items and communicate with post-closing/insuring departments on status
Assign final closing documents to respective container in document imaging system
Maintain acceptable timelines and Quality Control (QC) score for post-closing activities
Maintain outstanding condition pipeline and keep comments current regarding follow up documentation
Clear all post-closing conditions as applicable
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to work overtime
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to two years related experience and/or training
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Ability to work overtime
Preferred
Associate degree a plus
Familiarity with governmental requirements for mortgage loan processes a plus
