Responsibilities
Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow and expectations, conducting check-in meetings and promoting a positive work environment
Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews
Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed
Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year in a customer service setting
Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree
Experience with exemption certificates
