Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and React Native
Architect and implement robust functionality for the CMS, web interface, and cross-platform mobile app (iOS/Android)
Integrate dynamic content from headless/composable CMS (Payload) across web and mobile platforms
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code in TypeScript and JavaScript
Optimize performance, responsiveness, and security of applications; troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into functional and intuitive interfaces
Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to development standards
Engage across the full SDLC, from design and ideation to deployment, maintenance, and enhancements
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of best practices and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience in front-end and/or full-stack software development
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Deep experience with ReactJS and Next.js for web application development
Extensive experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development (iOS and Android)
Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration and efficient data handling
Hands-on experience in performance optimization, code quality, and testing frameworks
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience integrating and working with modern headless CMS APIs (Payload preferred)
