Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
Promote insurance products and services effectively
Support sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining documentation
Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for future consultations
Develop negotiation skills by discussing policy options and pricing with clients to close sales effectively
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and ensuring client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health in the State of Georgia
Resident of Georgia
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
Demonstrated interest or experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments
Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Ability to handle sales administration tasks accurately and efficiently
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward helping clients achieve their goals
