Operations & Project Support Administrator
Ziegler Industries, LLC is hiring an Operations & Project Support Administrator to support daily office and field operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling timekeeping, communication, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and submit employee time records/timesheets
Answer phone and radio communications and coordinate messages between field and office teams
Provide clerical support (data entry, scanning, filing, document prep)
Track inventory and coordinate ordering of jobsite materials, tools, and safety supplies
Maintain organized records for inventory usage and purchase orders
Follow all safety policies and support field operations when needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of administrative support or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
Preferred
Experience with ADP, Procore, or NetSuite is a plus
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
