Responsibilities
Oversee the complete transaction cycle at the branch, managing margins, expenses, and revenue goals for both top-line and bottom-line performance
Lead and assist the sales team, including RTS and ATP roles, to enhance productivity and improve transaction cycles
Manage scheduling, performance, and direct supervision of the service and delivery teams. Ensure orders are accurately entered and completed in inventory systems to guarantee timely client delivery
Execute customer service programs that comply with company standards and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Ensure all branch activities are compliant with company policies, federal, state, and local laws, as well as HQAA standards
Lead branch quality and performance improvement initiatives and monitor adherence to productivity and performance benchmarks
Report relevant metrics to the RVP, Regional Area Director, and branch personnel, providing insight into branch performance
Ensure the branch is adequately staffed, participating in final candidate interviews, staff training, and motivation to meet organizational goals
Collaborate with Human Resources to address and resolve employee issues and concerns
Address and resolve client concerns at the branch level to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Ensure proper maintenance and care of branch facilities, vehicles, and other property
Manage sales and rental inventories, ensuring cost-effective inventory control
Develop and implement short- and long-term branch goals, strategic plans, policies, and operational procedures
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branch programs and operations, making necessary improvements for enhanced performance
Contribute to the development of annual operating budgets and provide financial direction to the branch
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience, ideally in healthcare or related sector
Strong background in operational oversight, sales management, and service delivery
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial profitability models
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Compliance knowledge; familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as HQAA
