Responsibilities
Applying fertilizer, weed control, fungicides, and pest treatments using commercial spray rigs and equipment
Managing large commercial properties
Diagnosing and treating turf issues such as weeds, pests, diseases, soil problems, and more
Maintaining detailed service records for commercial clients
Ensuring safe and proper operation of spray trucks, ride-on units, and application tools
Providing clear, professional communication with clients, managers, and teammates
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of lawn care, agriculture, turf, or outdoor labor experience
Experience with commercial spraying or willingness to be trained
Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to work independently on large properties
Proactive, self-motivated approach - you see what needs to be done and do it
Ability to obtain NC Pesticide Applicator License (we can help you get it)
