Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, web, or walk-in
Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations
Documenting inquiries accurately and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems and assist with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong human relations and organizational skills
Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively
Can work onsite at the customer facility in Columbia, SC
Open availability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm
Preferred
An Associate Degree is preferred
At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
