Responsibilities
Ensure quality of manufactured goods by comparing incoming part dimensions against Solve or customer drawings for accuracy
Perform quality tests using the appropriate instruments and equipment to gauge pass/fail grades of products, and record results accordingly
Consistent communication with the Engineering Leadership about possible quality issues, and/or trends
Comply with various ISO operating procedures and work instructions
Process associated documentation for rework or non-conforming products
Validate and process all RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or equivalent
2+ years related experience and/or training
Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs
Ability to use basic hand tools
Solid understanding of GD&T with working experience in the use of measuring equipment and instruments
Preferred
Experience working in the bearings or power transmission industry
General understanding of PPAP process
Experience operating forklift
