CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company servicing major telecommunications and cable providers. The IT Manager, Regional is responsible for managing the day-to-day support of regional IT infrastructure and providing support to Corporate IT Teams across various systems.

Responsibilities

Managing and mentoring a staff
Supporting local IT operations across multiple buildings within the region
Interfacing with vendors to resolve issues and/or identifying hardware / software upgrades or enhancements
Recommending / implementing “best practices” Information Security procedures
Creating and maintaining appropriate documentation

Qualification

Network hardware experienceWindows/Linux operating systemsMicrosoft Active DirectoryMulti-layer switching conceptsNetwork management toolsVoIP PBX knowledgeCustomer service skillsCCNP/CCIE certificationsEthernet cable installationFiber optic experienceCommunication skills

Required

3-5 years of related technical experience
Experience with a variety of network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, IDS/IPS etc
Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, and Microsoft Active Directory
Experience with production hardware, such as Zebra handhelds and printers, IoT devices, mobile devices, etc
Working knowledge of multi-layer switching concepts
Experience with ethernet cable installation and termination, fiber optic experience a plus
Experience with various network management, diagnostic, and troubleshooting tools
Strong communications and customer service skills required
Ability to travel and participate in an on-call rotation
Knowledge of VoIP PBX's

Preferred

Experience with complex and high client dense wireless environments, knowledge of Juniper Mist and Cisco wireless
CCNP/CCIE certifications
