Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to multiple employees within a department
Performs basic research and data entry
Generates, maintains and distributes reports and correspondence according to department guidelines
Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings
Acts as a liaison with other departments
Receives visitors
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
1-year administrative support experience
Basic knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment (multi-function copier/printer/scanner, conference phone, etc.)
Basic Microsoft Office Skills
