Quality Intelligence Project Manager

Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Quality Intelligence Project Manager for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH. The candidate will lead global quality intelligence initiatives by managing regulatory-driven change control and cross‑functional compliance remediation.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize processes for implementing new regulations and standards, ensuring timely completion of change management and change control activities
Lead cross‑functional remediation efforts to address current and emerging regulatory impacts on the quality system
Develop, manage, and track project plans, ensuring scope clarity, timely execution, and proactive mitigation of risks and issues
Communicate project progress, risks, and requirements to stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and consistency
Drive improvements to policies, procedures, and systems to maintain global compliance across AN Division QA, Affiliate QA, and manufacturing sites
Lead and engage in global quality initiatives while adhering to PMO governance and integrating key strategic quality programs

Food GxP knowledgeNutritional regulationsProject leadershipQuality systemsInternational collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering)
5–7 years of experience in a regulated nutritional or food‑manufacturing environment, including 3–5 years in project leadership
Strong knowledge of food GxP, nutritional regulations, and quality systems
Experience collaborating with international teams and stakeholders
