Tracking medical records requests, defense examinations, records requests, Court dates, discovery responses
Conferencing with clients to respond to discovery requests, information needs
Qualification
Required
Experience as a paralegal in insurance defense
Ability to draft pleadings, correspondence, medical records summaries/analysis, motions, discovery responses, arbitration submissions
Experience tracking medical records requests, defense examinations, records requests, court dates, discovery responses
Ability to confer with clients to respond to discovery requests and information needs
