Responsibilities
Assist counsel with HIM, ROI and privacy matters
Assist litigation counsel with case management
Correspondence and other document drafting
Legal research and writing
Document and contract routing
Assist in maintaining and updating workflows and databases
Basic contract drafting, review and analysis
Organize files for storage
Full administrative support including, answering phones, scheduling meetings and conference calls, setting up and maintaining files, and databases, filing, responding to e-mails, and extensive telephone and e-mail contact with Parallon and HCA staff, travel arrangements, reimbursement filings, and similar activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting
Preferred
College graduate preferred
Paralegal certification preferred
