Building Automation Systems Project Management Internship
Siemens is a global technology company focused on enabling sustainable progress. They are seeking a Building Automation Systems Project Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in project management related to smart buildings and sustainable infrastructure during a 10-week internship.

Responsibilities
Review project specifications, drawings, and project-specific documents to establish a project delivery plan
Develop and maintain a project schedule, as well as coordinate needs with the project team, identifying time-sensitive installation needs
Manage the procurement of supplies and materials to complete projects
Participate in project cost reviews
Track labor resources and project progress
Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities
Complete project-specific close-out documentation
Rotate through other departments within the branch office to learn about how our branch organization operates as a whole
Qualification
Required
Must be current enrollment as an undergraduate at an accredited 4-year U.S. college or university
Pursing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Energy/Sustainability and Built Environment
Rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior, graduating between December 2026 – August 2029
Ability to work 40-hours per week for the 10-week program (May - July or June - August)
This program does not support students on a Visa such as F1, J1, M1 and H1B as well as OPT/CPT
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet
Skilled in using Windows laptops and adept at learning new software for programming and troubleshooting automation equipment
Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
Demonstrated leadership potential
Strong analytical, writing, presentation and critical thinking skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Benefits
You will be provided with a one-time lump sum housing stipend to assist with expenses associated with your room and board, if you are required to move more than 50 miles from your permanent home address.
This housing stipend will be a fully taxable benefit and will be reported as imputed income on your W-2 form.
