Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and objectives; lead and oversee major transformation programs, contributing to back-office implementations using Enterprise HCM (Human Capital Management) platforms like and surrounding ecosystems
Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards for major implementations and integrations; design and implement robust, and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage best practices and industry standards
Build and maintain integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow and communication between disparate systems within the organization; architect and manage data integration solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and security
Utilize knowledge of generative AI, Master Data Management, Enterprise Integration and cloud architecture to enable and advance the organization's technological capabilities; collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with strategic goals
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and governance across the organization; provide technical thought leadership during the projects to drive the solutions that align with Enterprise Digital Strategy
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends and continually seek opportunities to improve and innovate within the enterprise architecture landscape
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum eight years of recent experience in implementing major transformation programs, specifically with Enterprise HCM Suites such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; certifications in TOGAF is preferred
Good understanding of the Hire to Retire and Talent Supply Chain processes; Proven experience in solution architecture, Integration Architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing technologies
Demonstrated experience with diagramming skills (Visio, Lucid chart and more) is highly desired; familiarity with MuleSoft, Databricks and Azure Data Lake Services for integration architecture; working experience on business architecture, including business capability and business processes mapping; practical experience with building Architecture blueprints and roadmaps by leveraging EAM tools such as SAP LeanIX
Proficient in enabling generative AI, MDM, and Cloud Architecture; Excellent understanding of enterprise-level applications and infrastructure
Solid understanding of data governance and security standards; Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies; Excellent communication and collaboration skills
