Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to senior level executives including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents
Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment
Answers inquiries or refers callers/visitors to appropriate individuals
Supports our Senior Level Executives employees in the following areas:
Schedule/coordinates meetings and events
Calendar Management
Make Travel arrangements
Submit expense reports for business expenditures
Typing and distribution of meeting minutes if needed
Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communications
Participates in educational activities and programs
Maintains strict confidentiality
Knowledge of administrative procedures, grammar, spelling and punctuation to type from draft copy
Knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
Knowledge of basic arithmetic to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures and make changes accurately
Knowledge of Concur expense management system preferred but not required
Skilled in verbal and written communication

Required

High School Graduate/Equivalent
At least 3-7 years experience
Microsoft Office Suite
Skilled in verbal and written communication
Knowledge of administrative procedures, grammar, spelling and punctuation to type from draft copy
Knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
Knowledge of basic arithmetic to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures and make changes accurately

Preferred

Knowledge of Concur expense management system
