Responsibilities
Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management
Partner with the CFO on monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external accountants
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for organizational leadership
Qualification
Required
Candidates must live in or near the Metro Atlanta area
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or Master's preferred)
Experience leading accounting functions and managing staff
Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or multi-entity environments
Preferred
CPA or Master's degree
Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems
