Responsibilities
Manage the financial and operational performance of a commercial real estate portfolio
Assist in developing and executing asset strategies focused on income growth, expense management, and value creation
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic reforecasts; analyze variances and present findings
Work closely with property management teams to ensure operational efficiency, lease compliance, and tenant satisfaction
Review leases, amendments, and renewals; support negotiations alongside internal stakeholders
Monitor capital projects, including budgeting, timelines, and post-project financial analysis
Prepare asset performance reporting, financial models, and dashboards for internal review
Track market trends, leasing activity, and comparable properties to support investment decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, finance, or related roles
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; advanced Excel required
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
Preferred
Argus and real estate accounting system experience preferred
