Responsibilities

Frontline support for hardware, operating systems, applications, Office 365, VPNs, and basic network connectivity
Managing device lifecycle activities from procurement through retirement
Staging and providing AV and meeting support in the new Boone Power office
Executing routine cybersecurity activities such as triaging and documenting incidents
Monitoring EDR and OS patching dashboards
Validating and remediating phishing tests
Contributing to user awareness and training

Qualification

CompTIA A+Hands-on trainingUser supportProject managementResearch skillsEffective communication

Required

High School and 1 year of experience
Experience with 'hands-on' training
Strong desire to learn and provide support for users
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
Ability to conduct research for hardware and software issues

Preferred

Preferred certifications, such as CompTIA A+
