This role is responsible for full project lifecycle delivery, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-schedule, and profitable projects.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout across healthcare, commercial, retail, institutional, entertainment, and mixed-use sectors

Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitability

Coordinate all stakeholders (owners, GCs, architects/engineers, vendors, AHJs, internal teams) to drive project success

Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and long-lead equipment planning to support field execution

Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and scope clarifications; negotiate pricing and approvals

Partner with field leadership to plan manpower, sequencing, productivity, and quality compliance with NEC/NFPA and specs

Enforce safety standards and lead risk identification/mitigation throughout the project lifecycle

Mentor and support PM/PE teams, promoting best practices, accountability, and client satisfaction

Required

5+ years of previous electrical project management experience
