Mid LevelRenaissance Windows & Doors is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to organize and drive various improvement initiatives within their operations. The role involves analyzing work processes, leading quality control projects, and developing training for employees to enhance continuous improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities
Provide management, production teams, and other stakeholders with information regarding quality issues and concerns
Designs, executes and effectively leads significant projects that align with strategic priorities at all levels of the organization
Develop and put into effect methods and policies for quality control to guarantee conformity with industry and product standards
Develops new systems/tools for use and manages their subsequent upskilling and deployment
Independently facilitates and supports cross-site/cross-functional continuous improvement projects and structured problem-solving activities that are working to eliminate waste and improve quality in work processes
Develops the Continuous Improvement capabilities of the organization by developing, deploying, and delivering effective training/presentations for employees
Mentors, guides, and supports team members to achieve tasks
Carrying out inspections and testing on materials, products, and equipment to guarantee that they are up to the relevant requirements and standards
Ensuring that records of inspections, test results, and other quality control data are kept accurately and comprehensively
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding and proven use of problem-solving tools and techniques
Strong working knowledge of Kanban, Direct Observation, Daily and Visual Management and other Lean approaches
Solid understanding of Continuous Improvement / Lean approaches
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Think creatively and proactively propose solutions with attention to detail
Work with teams to develop CI opportunities & build effective working relationships throughout the organization
Ability to facilitate meetings with cross site & cross-functional teams
Adaptable and flexible with a can do, positive attitude
Exceptional attention to detail
You must hold a BS/BA degree or Industrial engineering experience
