Responsibilities
Efficiently process ACH, Share Drafts, Rejected Returned Items and Wire Transfer functions
Efficiently process workflows and scheduling in order to meet processing deadlines
Draft correspondence pertaining to share drafts, adjustment to accounts and report to Risk Management forgeries or suspicious activity. Maintains files of members requiring daily transfer of funds
Initiates and maintains security control over wire transfer functions
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
One year to three years of similar or related experience
A high school education or GED
Work involves extensive personal contact with others beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion
10-key proficiency; must be able to operate general office equipment
Familiarity with personal computers, and mainframe software systems; thorough knowledge of banking principles and operations with emphasis on wire transfer and security operations necessary
Must be able to bend, sit for a period of time, stand and carry up to 20 lbs
Mostly onsite at our office located in Sugar Land, Texas
