Responsibilities
Support executive leadership
Connect across departments
Help keep the organization running smoothly
Manage the President’s calendar and schedule meetings
Prepare briefing materials and agendas
Support donors and board stewardship
Coordinate logistics and prepare documents for the Board of Trustees and committee meetings
Maintain accurate records of board correspondence
Assist with onboarding and benefits administration
Manage applications
Conduct interviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling/project management tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Discretion in handling confidential information
Comfort building positive relationships and working with a diverse range of stakeholders in faith-based spaces
Preferred
Experience in an academic or nonprofit environment
