Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance business partner to multiple departments, including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and more
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with the intercompany finance team to maintain updated inventory standards
Facilitate cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and manage liquidity
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and analysis
Contribute to long-term financial strategies, focusing on capacity expansion and cost reduction
Perform comprehensive analysis of transfer pricing structures
Improve understanding of intercompany pricing and profitability drivers
Ensure alignment with IFRS and GAAP by working closely with Accounting, Tax, and Group Finance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance, preferably in industrial manufacturing or project-based businesses
Strong skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance leaders
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools
Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow interdependencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Preferred
MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus
Experience with SQL or ERP systems like M3 and SAP
Experience in supporting project-based or POC revenue recognition businesses
Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain cost drivers
Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP accounting principles and financial controls
Experience in transfer pricing
Skill in developing robust reporting and business analysis tools
